New Customer Payment and Billing Portal

We are thrilled to announce the launch of our new Customer Payment and Billing Portal.
The new portal allows you to easily view your bill, monitor usage, enroll in paperless billing, pay your bill online and more.
PLEASE NOTE: To ensure your account remains secure, a one-time setup will be required for credit card autopay users. Simply visit the https://new.nexbillpay.net/southsidewsdid/BillPay/SignIn to create your account and re-link your preferred payment method.
Current ACH Direct Debit users don't need to do a thing—your payments will continue as usual. If you’re interested in going green with paperless billing, simply create an account here and select the paperless option.
